本イベントは1周年および新ブランド立ち上げを記念した特別割引イベントです。そのため、同じ商品でも今後は定価と価格が異なる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

商品の発送スケジュールについて
クラウドファンディングおよび公式サイトでのご注文は、8月末までに確認・決済手続きが行われ、9月より順次発送を予定しております。発送まで少々お時間をいただく場合がございますので、ご理解のほどお願いいたします。

返品・交換について
- クラウドファンディングでのご購入は、プラットフォームの仕様上、返品・交換ができません。
- 公式サイトでのご購入は、商品不良等の問題がある場合に限り返品または交換が可能です。
お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできかねますので、ご了承ください。

イベント参加者様向けオフライン招待イベント（予定）
1周年を記念して、10月以降に招待制の小規模イベントを予定しております。

현재 크라우드펀딩 및 공식 사이트 주문 모두 8월 말까지 확인 및 정산이 진행되며, 9월부터 순차적으로 배송이 시작될 예정입니다. 조금만 여유를 갖고 기다려주시길 부탁드립니다.

교환 및 환불 관련 안내
- 크라우드펀딩을 통한 구입은 플랫폼 특성상 환불 및 교환이 불가합니다.
- 공식 사이트에서의 구입은 제품 자체의 불량 등 문제가 있을 경우에만 환불 및 교환이 가능합니다. 단순 변심에 의한 환불 및 교환은 불가하오니, 신중히 구매해주시기 바랍니다.

Shipping Schedule
Orders from both crowdfunding and the official website will be confirmed and processed by the end of August, and shipments will begin sequentially from September. We kindly ask for your patience during this period.

Refund and Exchange Policy
- Purchases through crowdfunding platforms are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, due to platform policy.
- Purchases from the official website are eligible for refund or exchange only in case of product defects. Refunds or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind are not accepted.

Offline Invitation Event for Participants (Planned)
To commemorate this anniversary, we are planning a small invitation-only offline event after October. We will reach out to participants with further details at a later time.
